Learn STIVO step by step: inventory, CRM, stivo.es publishing, and day-to-day dealership operations.
Steps
Sign in with your account
Use the invite link or credentials STIVO provided. If you do not have access yet, request it from contact.
Complete the dealership profile
Add trading name, address, phone, and opening hours. These details appear on listings, communications, and documents.
Invite your team
Create users with the right role (sales, admin, management) so each person sees only what they need.
Steps
Create the vehicle record
Enter make, model, trim, plate, mileage, price, and status (available, reserved, sold).
Upload photos and equipment
Add high-quality images and relevant extras. A complete listing converts better on web and marketplaces.
Review and publish
Check price, description, and visibility. Once saved, the vehicle is ready for sales and connected channels.
Steps
Filter by status or location
Use inventory filters to view available, reserved, or sold units, and locate stock by branch if applicable.
Update price or reservation
Change price when you adjust commercial policy. Mark as reserved when you take a deposit to avoid double sales.
Close the sale
When the vehicle is delivered, mark it sold. History stays on record for reporting and follow-up.
Steps
Review new leads
Inbound contacts from web, stivo.es, calls, or WhatsApp appear in the dashboard. Prioritize by source or intent.
Assign and log activity
Route each lead to the right salesperson and log calls, visits, or messages to keep context.
Move through the pipeline
Update stage (new, contacted, visit, proposal, closed) so management has pipeline visibility.
Steps
Open the contact conversation
From the lead record, open the unified thread. You will see recent messages and vehicle interest when available.
Reply with context
Use templates for common questions and personalize with up-to-date stock and pricing from inventory.
Schedule follow-up
If the customer does not reply, set a reminder or task to resume the conversation at the right time.
Steps
Enable listing on stivo.es
On the inventory record, turn on publish to stivo.es when the car is ready to go live.
Check required fields
Price, photos, mileage, and description must be complete. Incomplete listings may stay in draft.
Verify the live listing
Open stivo.es and search for your dealership to confirm the listing looks correct on mobile and desktop.
Steps
Review active integrations
In settings you will see connected portals. If one is missing, contact support to enable it.
Publish from inventory
When adding or updating a vehicle, select channels where it should appear. Changes propagate per integration rules.
Monitor sync errors
If a portal rejects a listing, check the alert on the record, fix data, and resend.
Steps
Define FAQs and brand tone
Add answers to common questions (hours, finance, warranties) and the voice it should use.
Set boundaries and handoff
Specify topics that must go to a human and when to create a task or notify sales.
Test before going live
Run test conversations across scenarios. When results match expectations, enable the agent on agreed channels.
Steps
Generate documentation
From the sale workflow, pick templates (reservation, contract, handover) and fill customer and vehicle data.
Send for signature
Share the e-sign link. The system logs opens and signatures so admin stays in control.
Archive on the record
Signed documents stay linked to the contact and vehicle for future reference or audits.
