Welcome to STIVO CRM. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Description of the service

STIVO CRM is a management platform for car dealerships and vehicle sales. It includes, among other features:

Customer, lead, and inventory management.
Gmail integration to send emails from the CRM panel more conveniently, without opening another tab.
Google Calendar integration to schedule customer appointments directly from the CRM, centralizing everything in one panel.

Gmail and Google Calendar integrations are optional and require your explicit authorization. They are used only for the purposes described.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to:

Use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
Not use Gmail or Calendar to send spam, illegal, or misleading content.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account and credentials.
Not attempt to access systems or data belonging to others without authorization.

3. Account and access

You are responsible for activity that occurs on your account. You must notify us of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms.

4. Data isolation and confidentiality

Each user has a dedicated, individual database. Your data — customers, leads, vehicles, emails, appointments, and all private information — is isolated. No one else has access to it: not other users, not third parties. Only you and the people authorized on your account can manage it. This segregation ensures the confidentiality of your commercial information.

5. Intellectual property

STIVO and its brands, logos, and content are the property of STIVO. No implied license is granted beyond use of the service as agreed.

6. Google integrations

When connecting Gmail or Google Calendar, you accept Google's terms of use and our Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time from your account settings or from your Google account.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from use or inability to use the service, except where the law does not allow this limitation.

8. Modifications

We may modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain.
